At Amberjack, we want you to feel confident in every step you take, which is why we offer a 30-day window for free returns and exchanges on all unworn items. We provide a seamless process to ensure you find the perfect fit and style for your wardrobe.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print at your convenience.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn footwear in its original packaging and securely attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
